These “Terms of Service” set forth the terms and conditions that apply to your use of AdAnimate site and all other “AdAnimate” Services (definitions below). By using the site (other than to read this page for the first time), you agree to comply with all of the Terms of service set forth herein. The right to use the site is personal to you and is not transferable to any other person or entity.
BY CREATING AN ADANIMATE ACCOUNT AND/OR USING THE SERVICES, YOU ARE CONSENTING TO BE BOUND BY THESE TERMS. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO ALL OF THE TERMS OF THIS AGREEMENT, DO NOT USE OUR SERVICES.
INFORMATION ABOUT US
AdAnimate products are designed to provide members ready-made HTML5 banner ad templates, designed specifically using Google’s freely available tool “Google Web Designer”. You may use our products only if you are a member with AdAnimate, and only in compliance with these Terms of Use and all applicable local, state, national, and international laws, rules and regulations.
Our products will not be available for the users who are previously removed due to infringement of our policies or for any other reason. You must sign up as a member before using any of our products.
INFORMATION ABOUT YOU
By subscribing for membership through our site, you warrant that:
You are legally capable of entering into binding contracts;
You are at least 18 years old;
You will not copy, distribute or share the products other than as allowed under these terms of sale and the product license agreement.
By subscribing to membership you agree that we may store, process, and use personal data collected from you for the purposes of processing/fulfilling your order. For further information about how we may store, process and use your personal data please refer to our Privacy Policy.
REGISTRATION
before downloading any product from our website anyone should sign up and subscribe to our membership plan.
You agree to provide us with truthful, complete, and accurate details. You agree to provide us with your details only. You should keep any account details (including any password) safe and should not share or disclose them to anyone. Please notify us immediately if you suspect your account details have been compromised. You are responsible for all orders placed/activities undertaken using your account details.
PRODUCT USAGE
We provide downloadable products from our website through membership subscriptions. All Products available through this site are owned or controlled by us are protected by intellectual property rights.
All downloads using your membership plan through this site are subject to the product license agreement. On downloading any file we grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Product with these terms of sale.
You agree that you will not redistribute, transmit, assign, sell, broadcast, rent, share, lend, modify, adapt, edit, sub-license or transfer any Products available through this site (whether the same are available as streams and/or downloads) in any manner other than explicitly described in the product license agreement. Nothing in these terms of sale grants to you any rights other than those expressly set out herein. These terms do not grant to you any rights in relation to the synchronization, public performance, promotional use, commercial sale, resale, reproduction, distribution or commercial exploitation of any Product.
We will be entitled to obtain injunctive relief against you, in addition to all other remedies that we may have, to enforce these terms of sale and to prevent your unauthorized use of this site and/or Products.
Downloads of Products are capable of being downloaded to and stored on the hard drive of your computer and then exported, burned or copied. You must adhere to any and all usage restrictions that apply to the Product as set out in the product license agreement.
You are able to download the same Product any number of time during your membership period.
CREEBIES
Creebies are other products which are available to all website users including guest members on our website. We offer creebies on special discounted price for our Basic, Business and Pro Members. We are not bound to any member to produce creebies of their choices but yes you can always suggest us for a good creebie suggestion and we will definitely consider all your requests. PRODUCT ADDITION
Our team sincerely works to add more products from time to time. We try to add the respected amount of products during a year. A number of these additions are subjected to the overall development which takes place with our development team but we are not liable to our members for any certain number. The same also applied to our creebies products.
PRODUCT ALTERATION
We may change, suspend or discontinue the product at any time, with or without notice. We may also impose limits on certain features and products or restrict your access to parts or all of the products without notice or liability. You acknowledge that we may establish general practices and limits concerning the use of the product at any time without prior notice. You agree that we have no responsibility or liability for any change in the Google Web Designer Software’s terms. You acknowledge that we reserve the right to change these general practices and limits at any time, in its sole discretion, with or without notice.
MEMBERSHIP FEES
Membership fees are liable to change at any time. We are not liable to serve any prior notice to any of our existing members about fee change.
Payment for all Digital Products must be Stripe or PayPal. We accept the credit cards displayed on the payment page of our site.
By providing the details of a credit or debit card to be billed or payment account to be debited for payment of the price due, you confirm that you are authorized to purchase the Digital Products and that you are the holder of the relevant credit or debit card or of the relevant payment account or are expressly authorized to use such. All card payments and cardholder details may be subject to validation checks by us and the card issuer.
MULTIPLE LOGINS
We strictly discourage multiple logins and treat it as breach of our terms. If we find any of our member violating this policy we may immediately terminate their membership. For evaluation purpose we have coded our website in this way that if we see any multiple logins our team will detect and we can take desired action anytime against the member who breached the term. Multiple logins are considered when a user logins with the same login from more than a single IP location at a time.
REQUIREMENTS TO USE OUR PRODUCTS
Our products are simple to use and you require basic skills to work with them. Most of our products are designed using Google’s freely available tool Google Web Designer. You can download this tool from Google’s website. Here is the download link

We also provide published version of each banner which can be easily edited even with text editors like- notepad, notepad++ etc. Each published file includes HTML file, all images so you can easily make any possible amendments in them.
We have created easy to learn documentation and video tutorials available on our website for our members. They can learn most of the things from there and can easily work with the tool and can make any level of customizations possible within our products.
To work with PSD files, we recommend Adobe Photoshop CS3 and above.
MEMBERSHIP CANCELLATION OR REFUNDS
We do not offer any refund until we see a valid reason from a member to cancel a membership and asking for a refund. Our product is available for download as soon as you sign up as a member so a member can start downloading them after registration. Refund will not be possible in any case if your download reaches more than 2 within 5 days after registering as member. If that limit crosses it will be self-assumed that you are using our products and refund will not be possible. If you do not want to continue with our services further then it will be automatically terminated after completing your membership period.

TERMINATION OF ACCOUNT
Adanimate encourages ethical practices from all of our members. If any member is found guilty of breaching any of our terms or found acting something which violates our policies, we may terminate their account either by prior notice or directly without notification. Following are listed some of the major points which can let us terminate your account anytime-
- Multiple logins from different IDs
- Breaching product usage terms.
- Providing fake or false information about themselves while registering your membership account.
- Harsh behavior with any of our team members or authority.
- Violating other terms as mentioned in our Terms & Conditions.
WEBSITE ACCESS
Our website is accessible to general public who belongs to any city, state or country. Our products are accessible to all our members who are registered with us. Our administration team gives full attention in order to check server-related issues from time to time but if in any case something goes wrong with the website and the data or server goes down or fails, we will not be liable for any loss here within. As a responsible company we will always try our best to put the website back in work but we cannot sure about how long it may take. Once we will be back in such circumstances then all our existing members will again be able to use our services the same way as they were using in the past. We will also try to communicate our best-using emails at such times and will make all our members assured that they will get full support from our team. We put our best efforts to make our members happy and satisfied with our services.
CUSTOMIZATION TERMS
Our team tries its best to add more products to our library from time to time and update the website for its best usage. Even we have been provided complete resources to understand how to customize our products. Yet some of the members may feel the requirement of customizations in products. So we also offer customization services for all of our products.
Customization comes under the following terms-
- For any customization work, you have to send your requirement to support@adanimate.com with your membership email and the product ID specified on the website for which you need customization.
- While drafting an email make sure you write all your requirement in detail to make our team able to understand those clearly.
- Customization inquiries are usually answered within 2-3 business days but sometimes it may take another 2-3 days in some cases or due to holidays.
- Customization is chargeable and not included in your membership price. You have to make full payment for customization and then our team will add this in processing.
- During customization, our team will be in touch with you on emails for any clarifications and previews of the customized products.
- Change in the requirement in between customization may vary in prices for customization and will be notified on email.
- We do not offer any refund on customization services. So we prompt you to confirm with everything first before finalizing for any customization services.
FREEBIE CLAIM TERMS
- Only one claim can be made by a buyer.
- You can use freebies only for your personal use. It means, you cannot distribute/resell to anyone in any form.
- Any buyer filling Claim Form will be automatically added to our subscription list.
- We can anytime change or terminate this claim without any prior notice.
